This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas, ACA/FLCA/PCA and its affiliates (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website www.myaglender.com (“Site”) and any other websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).  By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy. Borrower Privacy

Since 1972, Farm Credit Administration (“FCA”) regulations have generally restricted the disclosure of most types of Personal Information and other information provided to us while applying for or obtaining a loan (“Personal Borrower Information”). Specifically, employees and the director of a Farm Credit institution may not disclose the Personal Information of their borrowers to others without your consent in certain circumstances. We may disclose your Personal Borrower Information and other Personal Information to our employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, third-party service providers, independent auditors, regulators, consultants, or attorneys, or to any third-party if otherwise permitted by the FCA regulations applicable to us, such as 12 C.F.R. Part 618, Subpart G, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Security Statement

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us.

Website Security
Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas protects its website and all information you communicate through it for activities such as creating a myACCESS login, submitting a request for information form, initiating our online banking, or applying for a loan. Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas utilizes current internet security standards of encryption, TLS, which stands for “Transport Layer Security” and ensures your information is encrypted between your computer and our website to prevent unauthorized access.

Email Security
Transport Layer Security is also used to ensure all email communication between you and our staff is encrypted and secured in transit. If there is a reason that layer of security in unable to be used, that email message will automatically be delivered to our “Secure Messaging Portal” where the recipient will go to securely retrieve the message.

User Security
One of the best ways to protect your personal information is to create unique usernames and passwords for each account you have a sign-in. Users should create strong passwords that include capital letters, numbers, and symbols. Password should not contain personal information or dates.

Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas will never ask you in an email message to update your confidential information or to provide a PIN, account number, social security number, username, password, or other similar information. We advise our customers never to respond to any email or call that asks for such information, even if it appears to be from Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas or another financial institution. If you are unsure of the authenticity of a communication, contact us to confirm. If you suspect fraud has occurred in connection with your Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas accounts, please notify us immediately, by telephone or email, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

Please note that we do not alter our Services’ data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
