MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Full-time position for a Customer Services Representative/Loan Assistant to provide front-line customer service and support loan officers with loan processing and accounting functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma and/or
Experience in customer service, accounting or banking and/or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Effective interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and understanding of agriculture business or finance
Computer proficiency
Attention to detail and quality organizational skills
